Insured Patients

There are many different levels of insurance cover. Often insurers will provide a range of packaged options and these will vary from insurer to insurer. To avoid any unexpected costs it is important to read your policy terms and conditions before any work is carried out.

Please contact your insurance company to check your cover and understand how to make a claim. Once the insurance company have agreed the level of cover, they will normally issue a pre-authorisation code. Please bring this code with you. If we are unable to arrange direct payment with your insurer or you do not provide a pre-authorisation code we will require a deposit payment and then the final invoice can be sent to the insurer.
